Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to your data when you visit delta-executorx.net. The short version: this is a static site with no accounts, no sign-up and no tracking cookies, so we collect almost nothing.

Information We Collect

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no local storage. The fonts, styles and images are served from our own domain, so loading a page does not contact any outside service such as a font, ad or analytics provider. Because nothing optional is stored on your device, the site shows no cookie banner.

Server Logs

Like every website, our hosting provider records basic request logs when a page is loaded: the IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the time. These logs are used by the host to keep the site running and secure, are kept for a limited time under the host's own policy, and are not used by us to identify anyone.

Analytics and Advertising

The site currently runs no analytics service and no advertising. If we add either later, this section will name the service, explain what it collects and how to opt out, and the date at the top of this page will change before it goes live.

Downloads and GitHub-Hosted Files

The download buttons on this site link to files hosted on GitHub. When you download a file, your browser connects to GitHub directly, and GitHub's own privacy statement covers that request. We do not receive any information about who downloaded a file.

Emails You Send Us

If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and anything you attach. We use it only to answer you, fix the page you reported or handle your request. We keep the conversation for up to 12 months after it is resolved and then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Sharing and Selling

We do not sell, rent or share personal information with anyone for marketing. We would only disclose an email if the law required it.

Data Security

The site is served over HTTPS and stores no visitor data of its own. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, so please do not email passwords, keys or other secrets.

Third-Party Links

Guides link to other websites, such as Roblox help pages, Apple and Google support pages, Discord and script sources. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for what they collect. Read their policies before you share anything with them.

Children's Privacy

Many Roblox players are under 13. This site is not directed at children under 13, and because it has no forms, accounts or tracking, it does not collect personal information from anyone, children included. If a parent or guardian believes a child has emailed us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your Rights

Because we hold no personal data from visits, there is normally nothing to access or delete. If you have emailed us, you can ask to see, correct or delete that email and any reply at any time.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland have these rights under the GDPR, and California residents have similar rights under the CCPA. We do not sell or share personal information as the CCPA defines it. Send any request to the email below and we will answer within 30 days.

Changes to This Policy

If what the site collects changes, we update this page first and change the date at the top.
